Allison Van der Veer

Allison Van der Veer is the Broker for Roland Daniel Properties. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Golden Isles Association of Realtors MLS.

When she’s not in our offices on St. Simons Island or working with buyers and sellers in the Golden Isles; Allison can usually be found traveling somewhere fun, beach walking with her family, or working on her 111-year-old cottage in Brunswick’s Old Town Historic District. 

Allison obtained her real estate license in 2004, and her Broker's license in 2019, and has been happily working with buyers and sellers at Roland Daniel Properties for the last 18+ years. She has been the Broker/Owner since 2021. Allison’s resume reads like a travelogue having moved around the world for work and adventure post-college. She earned a B.A. degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and is a graduate of Shenendehowa High School in Clifton Park, NY.
